Why wait until the winter
before you decide what
you more?  Still a good
time to have a yard sale;
get rid of that jacket or
boots the kids have out
grown.

You know that in 3 months,
none of the video games,
cell phones, TV's, or DVDs
are going to be
fashionable.  In fact, it
may be time to sell that
XBox or DVD player.  
Come December the flat
screens will be it!

Yard Work & Automotive
Work:

the cutters, winterizing
the mower, & for outside.
Getting the new energy
efficient lights
for outside.

2. Could time to change
that oil, use that bike
or motorcycle before
winter hits.

3. Think about caulking,
filling in those little
"drafts"; already they
say heating oil will be
high.

4. Can those last
vegetables; you'll enjoy
them in a homemade soup
in a couple of months.

America is seeing the largest amount of
immigration and imports in the history of our
nation.

Now though a lot think that is bad, economists
will tell us that it is good because of
something called "comparative advantage" (the
other country can produce it cheaper, which
allows us to produce something they cannot).

But, my point is, that now maybe a good time
to take a second language class at the
community college (especially if your company
pays for it). Almost every country  USA
trades with, their citizens speak some English,
as well as their own language...maybe we
should try to do the same!
